The design of this finely crafted pin displays the breast cancer ribbon in polymer clay. Using the thousand year-old millefiori technique of glass work, different colors of clay were blended and layered into a block, or “cane”, which was then stretched to miniaturize the cross-sectional design. Slices of the cane were then textured and trimmed to perfection. A pin bar is attached to the rear side so the pin can be worn on your clothing, hat, bag or anywhere else that you may wish to show your solidarity and support for your “sisters.” The pin measures slightly less than one inch wide by slightly more than one inch in height.
